Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona said today in a Manila Standard Today report: "The Constitution has insulated the Supreme Court and the judiciary."
Is he saying that the balance of power in the branches of government tilts in favor of the Supreme Court? That the Supreme Court is untouchable, and cannnot be held accountable for their own excesses?
